Womens Week w/ Sarah Clemenson

This week of skiing is all about the ladies! Sarah Clemenson will be your main guide as you experience the absolute best ski experience in South America ! We begin the tour at the Santiago airport where we take you right up to the slopes of the 3 Valleys (La Parva, El Colorado and Valle Nevado). You will be guided along these slopes for a few days before heading back to the airport for our departure to Bariloche , Argentina ! The slopes of Catedral, the chocolate shops in town, the views of the surrounding peaks and lakes all culminate together to make this place a memory not forgotten. Come see why this is the little Switzerland of South America.

Itinerary: Semana de Rosas

Day 1: (Saturday) Arrive at Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport ( Santiago , Chile ). Please exchange money before picking up your luggage at baggage claim. We will be waiting for you as you exit customs and will load your gear and head up to Farellones a town above Santiago in the Southern Andes . We will drop off our gear at the condo and head out for a day on the slopes at El Colorado Ski Resort.

Day 2: (Sunday) Today is all about La Parva and Valle Nevado! Sarah will tour you around the two mountains, but with the boundless terrain, you will see why the 3 valleys are the giants of South America . Tonight we will feast at the condo.

Day 3: (Monday) Another huge mountain day on the slopes of El Colorado and Valle Nevado. With the combo ticket you will enjoy some of the best powder stashes around. Tonight we will be dining in at the condo.

Day 4: (Tuesday) Lets get in a half day at El Colorado before heading for the airport. We will be landing in Bariloche this evening at enjoy dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants Bariloche has to offer.

Day 5: (Wednesday) Catedral Ski Resort is big time fun! The mountain is located just above town and offers some incredible views of the Southern Andes . Tonight we give you a chance to go out and pick your own flavor for dinner.

Day 6: (Thursday) Today may be a good day for a short hike into the back bowls of Laguna. Catedral offers unlimited backcountry which can be easily accessed, but with all the terrain you may want to stay in bounds.

Day 7: (Friday) Up and at ‘em. Well Ladies, its another fun filled day at Catedral. Tonight we will feast at one of our favorite restaurants in all of South America .

Day 8: (Saturday) This morning is up to you. You will have the opportunity to ski the slopes again for a half day or just hang out in town. We will be heading to the airport this afternoon where we will say our goodbyes. Surely not for long!
